At FAMSA Furniture, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed in its original packaging; our specialized logistics team will schedule a convenient time to collect the item from your home.

  Inspection and Processing

  Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return condition standards.

  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
